Undercover, by Bastien Contraire

Just a quick on this week.

‘Undercover‘ is a hit at our place at the moment. It is a fun book to read with a group of kids of varying ages. The concept is straight forward enough: “One of things is not like the other, One of these things just doesn’t belong”. On each page is a group of items that all relate to each other, except for one.

It seems that the pictures are interesting enough for older kids to pay attention to, but simple enough for young ones to like it too.

It makes me hungry for Bastien’s ‘Hide and Sneak‘ series which is based on the same concept with the same style of artwork, but each book has a theme. Mr 1 is going to love the transport theme one.
